From time to time there may be information on our website, store coupons or in
our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Country Shabby
Chic Gifts and More and it's Affiliates reserves the right to correct any errors,
inaccuracies or omissions and to change or up date information at any time
without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Payment:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and PayPal. We also accept money orders,
cashier's checks, and personal checks. If sending a check or money order please
make payable to Country Shabby Chic. Include your info., name, address, phone
number, and e-mail address.

Any orders place with a check please allow 7-10 days to clear our bank. Credit card
orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. There will be a $25 charge for NSF
and stop payment checks.

Mississippi residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Ordering by E-mail, Fax, Phone, or Mail:

Please include the name or description of the item(s) you would like to order and
your complete mailing address including your name, phone number, and e-mail
address, our sales staff will respond within 24 hours if possible. Please do not
send cash in the mail. Should you experience any problems in placing an order or
have any questions or comments please Contact Us. We will be happy to assist.   

Shipping Cost and Procedures:

The cheapest method of shipment will be determined once the order is completed
and packaged. Unless you specify another method you would prefer. Shipping
rates are based on the weight of the package, box size and zip code. A separate
invoice or request for payment for shipping will be sent prior to shipment.
Products will not be shipped until payment is received and clear our bank.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are not insured.
Contact Us if you would like your order to be insured upon ordering. Please
inspect and check your order upon receipt and Contact Us immediately should you
have problems.

It is crucial that you have the most accurate and complete address possible.
Please include a company name if applicable, floor number, suite number,
apartment number, and recipients phone number, etc. We do not accept nor ship
to P.O.  Boxes. We can not accept responsibility for packages sent to incorrect
addresses. If an address correction is required a $6.00 charge will be added to
your shipping charges to reship.

Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping. We ship regular business
day Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We will notify you when the
package is shipped of if there will be a delay.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with any product(s) purchased from us please Contact Us
within 7 business days of delivery. All returns must be authorized before returning
to our warehouse. Please note that only store credit will be issued on all returns,
no exceptions. The product must be in the original condition and original packing
material must be included. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed.
Return shipping or postage cost will be paid by customer.

This policy excludes our wedding gowns. We are happy to answer any and all
questions as this sale is final. No returns, no refunds. Additional pictures are
aviable upon request.
